Alberto Y. Chang, Certified Public Accountant, Co-founder and Managing Director

Alberto has over 19 years of advisory experience. He is an established leader of strategy, operations, business development, financial management, performance improvement with deep accounting and international experience. Specifically, he advises multinational clients regarding complex business situations and transactions, leveraging financial, accounting, operational, and economic analysis.

Prior to founding The AC3 Group, Alberto was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Advisory Services. He was with both the New York and Seattle offices. He also served as chief of staff to one of the National Line of Service Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alberto has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in Accounting and Decision Sciences from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Alberto is a CPA and speaks Spanish and Cantonese Chinese.

Alberto's international experiences include clients located in Mexico, Argentina, Turkey, India, Germany, China, etc.

Alfonso Y. Chang, Chartered Financial Analyst, Co-founder and Managing Director

Alfonso is a co-founder of The AC3 Group. Alfonso has been a management consultant for over 13 years. His engagements focus on financial and strategic topics, including corporate finance, product development, product lifecycle management, market assessments, and strategic planning (product and corporate).

Alfonso has an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.

John Connelly – Partner, Connelly, Carlisle, Fields & Nichols (Clearwater, FL)
Mr. Connelly is a Partner of Connelly, Carlisle, Fields & Nichols, offering insurance and risk management solutions to individuals, families and commercial clients. Mr. Connelly is a veteran of the insurance industry. For over 30 years, Mr. Connelly has owned and managed his own insurance company.

Matthew DeLuca - Founder / Managing Director, The m5 Group (New York, NY)
Mr. DeLuca has spent the last 16 years in the data & technology market. He began his career in technology at Sun Microsystems after which he joined CommVault Systems in 1997. During his twelve years at CommVault, Mr. DeLuca was responsible for signing one of the two significant OEM relationships for CommVault in 2005 with Hitachi, which provided a foundation for their IPO in September 2006. In 2008 he moved to Autonomy to join their Strategic OEM and Business Development team and in 2010 became VP business development and channel sales for Digital Reef, Inc, a provider of eDiscovery and File Governance solutions. He currently is leading his own firm and providing sales development services to growth oriented technology companies.

Mr. DeLuca holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University where he majored in Applied & Engineering Physics, and an MBA from Columbia University, where he focused on finance, management and entrepreneurship.

Narendra Ganti, CPA - Partner, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Washington DC)
Mr. Ganti is a Partner in the Restructuring Practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. With over 29 years of experience in industry and consulting, his experience includes a wide variety of industries such as: retail, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, banking, leasing, consumer products, and government. His restructuring experience includes consulting to many stakeholders, including debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and the Federal Government agencies.

Prior to Deliotte, Mr. Ganti was a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Ganti has both an MBA and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Maryland.

Miki Herrick - General Counsel, Integral Derivatives, LLC, (Cayman Islands)
Ms. Herrick is the general counsel of Integral Derivatives, the largest option specialist book on the floor of the NYSE. Prior to Integral Derivatives, she was a vice president for Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. She also has worked for Deloitte & Touche and Coopers & Lybrand.

Ms. Herrick has a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA from Lehigh University.

Lee C. Kao, MD, PhD - Partner, Laurel Fertility Care (San Francisco, CA)
Dr. Kao is a physician and a reproductive endocrinologist and voted by his peers to the Best Doctors in America®. He served as co-director of the Center for Fertility and Reproductive Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and also served on faculty at both Stanford University and UCLA. He has had extensive academic career focusing on polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) research and endometriosis-related infertility.

Dr. Kao received his clinical training in Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Georgetown University in DC, and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also earned his PhD for his research in molecular biology focusing on human placental development. He is board certified in both general obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Dr. Kao is also fluent in both Mandarin and Taiwanese languages.

Dr. Kao has authored more than 70 articles and book chapters and continues his research interests in human embryo implantation mechanism. He is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI), and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART).

Brooks King, CPA - Tax Manager, Alkermes, Inc. (Boston, MA)
Mr. King is a tax manager at Alkermes, a fully integrated biotechnology company that develops innovative medicines and drug-delivery technology designed to yield better therapeutic outcomes for patients. Prior to Alkemes, Mr. King was a tax manager at Unica. He has also worked at Liberty Mutual and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. King obtained his MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration of Northeastern University.

Joan Lau, PhD - President and CEO, Ansaris (Philadelphia, PA)
Dr. Lau has worked in the pharmaceuticals and medical device industry for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Ansaris, Dr. Lau was at Merck & Co. where she held roles of increasing responsibility in R&D Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Business Development. During this period, she played significant roles in leading preclinical and early clinical programs and managing the neuroscience drug discovery and development portfolio. Later, she managed global business development activities for the Merck Vaccines and Infectious Diseases division. Most recently, she had responsibilities related to scientific integration in the Office of the President, Merck Research Laboratories. Dr. Lau previously worked in medical device development at Zimmer, Inc.

Dr. Lau received her MBA from the Wharton School of Business. She also holds a PhD in Medical Neuroscience and a BS in Bioengineering, and maintains an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sally Munemitsu - Associate Director, TCC Group (Baltimore, MD)
Ms. Munemitsu, Associate Director of the TCC Group whose mission is to develop strategies and programs that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, and corporate citizenship programs to achieve social impact. Ms. Munemitsu offers expertise in corporate philanthropy, grant making, employee involvement, and program development and management. Her clients include Altria Group, American Cancer Society, Kraft Foods, National Urban League, Pfizer, Prudential, The Center for Global Partnership (The Japan Foundation), Prudential, Chesapeake Bay Trust, Valley of the Sun United Way, Wachovia, and the Wachovia Regional Foundation.

Ms. Munemitsu is a graduate from the Wharton School of Business and The Joseph H. Lauder Institute of International Management, a dual degree MBA-MA program offered at the University of Pennsylvania. She concentrated her studies in Public Policy and Management and International Management with a focus on East Asia and the Japanese language. Her B.A. is in International Relations and Asian Studies also from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a Board member of the Asian Arts Initiative in Philadelphia, a community arts center where artists and everyday people explore and express their diverse experiences as Asian Americans.

Nick Noviello, CPA - Sr. Vice President Finance and Controller, NetApp (San Francisco, CA)
Mr. Noviello is the Senior Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller of NetApp and will become the firm's Chief Financial Officer in 2012. Prior to NetApp, he was with Honeywell where his roles included Vice President of Finance for Honeywell's Aerospace Air Transport & Regional, Vice President in Investor Relations, Director, Corporate Finance, CFO - Friction Materials and Director, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions. He also has worked at Monarch Dental where he was Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Noviello has a Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BSBA in Accounting and Marketing from Boston University's School of Management.

Christopher Wolfe, CFA - Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, Merrill Lynch (New York, NY)
Mr. Wolfe is a managing director at Merrill Lynch and has served as the Chief Investment Officer with Merrill's Private Banking and Investment Group. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Wolfe was with JP Morgan Chase where he headed Global Equities.

Mr. Wolfe has his MBA from Columbia University and his BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
